A cohesive digital campaign to gain new clients, with a 20.4% conversion rate on new email captures and over $41K additional revenue in the campaign's first month.

Impact

May Lindstrom Skin is a growing luxury skincare company who is consistently looking to build their online presence and bring new customers into their ecosystem.

We helped created a new customer campaign – including paid social and search ads, a landing page built for conversion, and automated emails for those whose email was captured, but didn't convert.

Campaign Strategy & Offer

Working closely with the May Lindstrom team, we put together a campaign strategy. The goal: increase new customers, while retaining AOV.

 

We needed an offer that was enticing enough to convert, yet loyal to the brand's luxury ethos. Without discounting any products, we created an offer that held perceived value, didn't cheapen the brand, and came at a cost that would produce a solid ROI (while maintaining a high AOV).

Simple & Effective Ads

We let the engaging​ product images and high-value offer speak for itself – keeping the creative simple for the ads.

 

Using A/B testing, we consistently iterate and optimize our ads. From creative and CTAs to audiences and retargeting tactics, we let the data guide our decisions.

A Landing Page Optimized for Conversion

Using the team's existing tech stack, we created a landing page for the campaign that not only looked good, but was built to convert.

Prominent offer placements, ample social proof, and clear value statements helped this page have a 20.37% conversion rate on email capture, and 7.4% conversion rate on new customer purchases.

Retargeting Email Automations

Obviously, we would love for every customer to convert on the first impression. But some people need a few dates before committing to a serious relationship.

That's why every campaign we run, we make it as easy as possible for people to enter into the company's ecosystem and database. Email automations allow us to retarget those people who are almost ready to purchase, but just need a little extra push.
